Once your form is submitted, you may proceed in one of two ways:

1. Guided Booking (Recommended)

   • Share your travel reservation details on the form.

   • Chericka from Love + Leisure will contact you with your personalized quote, deposit instructions, and next steps.

   • We handle the process from start to finish, ensuring you secure your preferred room and enjoy a stress-free booking experience.

2. Autonomous Booking

   • If you prefer to book independently, you may proceed directly to Classic Vacations here: Book Your Room (Invitation: Love).

   • All room block pricing and resort perks will be available.

3. Booking Deadline

   • Submit your guest information form or complete your reservation by May 1, 2026 to secure availability within the wedding room block. Rooms are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Confirmation & Travel Details

   • Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed travel itinerary and resort information, including amenities, and arrival guidance (provided 2 weeks before departure).

The resort requires that all reservations follow the payment milestones outlined below. Guests may make payments at any time, as long as the deadlines are met:

• First Deposit: A nonrefundable & non-transferable $200 per room deposit is required at the time of booking (plus the cost of travel insurance if chosen). This amount is applied toward the total package price.

• Second Payment: Payment for 2 nights per room is due May 22, 2026.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due August 12, 2026.

This is the most common question we get from people traveling to Mexico. From breast milk, to live animals, to medicine, to cigarettes, or even gift bags for your wedding, etc. You need to be aware that if you are coming from ANY country outside of Mexico there will be some limitations on what you can bring into Mexico. The same goes for what you can take OUT of Mexico upon your departure. Because this is a CUSTOMS question it is best that you check with your nearest MEXICAN CONSULATE prior to your trip.

Carrying goods to Mexico

Passengers are allowed to bring, free of duty, merchandise in their personal luggage when entering the country. These include, among other things:

• Items for personal use, such as clothing and footwear

• 2 cameras

• 3 mobile phones

• 1 laptop computer

• Medical supplies for personal use (a medical prescription is required if these contain narcotic substances)

• Up to 10 cigarette packs, 25 cigars or 200 grams of tobacco, if the person is over 18 years of age

• For U.S. passport holders:

  • A valid passport is required with at least 6 months validity beyond your travel dates.

No, it is recommended to use google.com/flights or Hopper app to arrange your own flights. These websites allow you set price alerts and book based on your preferred flight schedule.

Guests may arrange airport transfers independently or request on their on reservation.

Guests have the option to add round-trip transfers between San José del Cabo International Airport - SJD and Garza Blanca Los Cabos.
