• Transfers

  • R/T 1-6 Pax Private Transfer to/from PUJ Airport = $87.52 per van 

    ∙         1-6 passengers traveling on the same flight. 

    ∙         Nonstop private service aboard a van. 

    ∙         Assistance and baggage handling at airport for arrival and departure.

    ∙         Baggage allowed: 1 regular size plus one carry on per person. Golf clubs will be an additional charge each way.

  • R/T 2+ Pax Multi-Stop Shared Transfer to/from PUJ Airport = $30.00 per person

    ·         Service needs at least 2 passengers on the same flight to operate. If there aren't enough people, please book a private service instead.

    ∙         No Amenities included. 

    ·         Baggage allowed: 1 regular size plus one carry on per person. Golf clubs will be an additional charge each way.

    ∙         Maximum stops on arrival/departure shared transfer: 3 destinations

• Local/ long distance telephone charges (toll-free number service connection fee charges apply)

• Golf: green fee, cart, driving range, shoe rental etc.

• All lessons: tennis, water sports, scuba, golf, etc.

• Any other charge or consumption not listed above under the “All-inclusive Plan”.

  Rates

• Room rates are quoted in US dollars, per person, per night, All inclusive (based on double occupancy). Rates are for Accommodation only, unless otherwise stated

  below.

• Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

• All reservations must be made directly with travel advisor.

• Room assignment will be subject to hotel availability. Specific bedding types are not guaranteed, unless otherwise specified in the room block.

• Three (3) night minimum. If Group should drop below the minimum, the best available rate at the time of cancellation will apply to existing reservations.

• Any request for early arrival and extended departures will be subject to availability.

• Above rates include current Hotel & Government taxes and are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, Check-out time is 12:00 PM

• Above rates are only valid when there is a wedding ceremony or wedding event confirmed with the hotel.

  Travel Insurance

Terms and Conditions

• To be considered apart of Bri & Amber’s wedding, guests must ONLY book with the preferred travel advisor. Please note, day passes are limited and not guaranteed if you book outside of the wedding resort.

• 3 night minimum stay

• A deposit of $200 for each reservation is due at the time of booking; Second deposit: 20% due by March 14, 2025; Third deposit: 40% due by May 16, 2025; Final balance due by July 11, 2025

• Sanctuary Cap Cana admits Adults only (minimum age 18 years). NO EXCEPTIONS

• No-shows and early departure are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.

• All changes and cancellations must be made on the change form HERE. Any other form of communication will not be binding.

• No changes to reservations after July 24, 2025.

Cancellation policy

• May 17 - June 15, 2025 - cancellations are subject to a 10% penalty

• June 16 - July 29, 2025 - cancellations are subject to a 30% penalty

• July 29, 2025 to date of travel - cancellations are subject to a 100% penalty

• Notice: If cancellation occurs, 100% of the deposit is non-refundable. We highly recommend trip insurance to protect your vacation investment.
