Candice, of Love and Leisure Travel Agency and her expert destination wedding team have arranged the booking details. Candice has worked with the hotel to secure a group rate with Dreams Onyx and to help all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding week 8/11-8/16.

ROOM RATES

• Room rates are quoted in US dollars, per person, per night, All-inclusive (based on double occupancy). Rates are for Accommodation only.

• Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

• All reservations must be made directly with the Travel Advisor.

• Room assignment will be subject to hotel availability. Specific bedding types are not guaranteed, unless otherwise specified in the room block.

• If additional suites or other specific room types are needed, a written request and written confirmation will be required.

• Group rates are valid with the minimum requirements of three (3) nights.

• 3 nights pre-/or post may be added to any group block for the same negotiated rate as the rest of the stay, subject to availability and rate approval by the hotel at time of request.

• Any request for early arrival and extended departures will be subject to availability.

• Any additional rooms requested over the above stated allotment will be subject to availability and rate at time of request.

• Above rates include current Hotel & Government taxes and are subject to change without notice.

• Any complimentary room(s) the group may earn will be provided for lowest booked category, for least number of nights unless otherwise stated under concessions.

• Group contracted rates only apply to room nights confirmed pre-travel. All in-travel modifications are subject to Best Available Rate and paid directly to the hotel.

• Rooms are subject to availability. Some rooms may not be in the block and will have to be requested. Please note that adding rooms to the block can take 1-3 weeks, but we will notify you and keep you updated. More booking information below.

BOOKING

To be considered part of the Wedding Group, you must book through the group block via our travel agent. Ready to book? The three steps are below. If you have questions, please email candice@loveleisuretravel.com

STEPS

Step 1- Fill out the Guest Information Form. This form has to be filled out to confirm your booking. Please read all terms and conditions at the end of the Guest Information Form including travel insurance, payment and cancellation policy when booking trip. Please note a maximum of 5 nights can be booked initially.

Step 2- Book your trip with a deposit. After your form is submitted, we will follow up within 5 business days. If your room is available we will send an email to confirm your booking with a deposit/payment link.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• A deposit of $100 per room to book. There is a $50 penalty for cancellations.

• Balance due (and last day to book) May 30th, 2022

• Balance non-refundable after May 30th, 2022

Step 3- Quote TRAVEL PROTECTION (Insurance). You can add the Classic Vacations supplier insurance when filling out the form. You can also use the third-party option below or insurance of your choice.

Your trip is a significant investment, and we recommend the purchase of travel insurance immediately after booking. If you choose to decline this protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that your travel agent is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, and/ or rental car physical damage. When you fill out your forms you will need to acknowledge that you have been informed of the cancellation policies for our travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection. If you choose to accept travel insurance, you understand that the premium is non-refundable, even if you should need to file a claim. 

Travel Protection provides insurance coverage that only applies during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages. You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your existing life, health, home, and automobile insurance policies. If you have any questions about your current coverage, call your insurer or insurance agent or broker.

a. That purchasing travel insurance is not required in order to purchase any other producer or services offered by the travel retailer

b. We are travel agents and not licensed insurance agents, so we are not qualified or authorized to:

i. Answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions or conditions of any of the insurance offered by the travel retailer

ii. Evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage
