Step 1- RSVP by filling out the Guest Information Form. This form has to be filled out to confirm your booking. Please read all terms and conditions on at the end of the Guest Information Form including travel insurance, payment and cancellation policy when booking trip. PLEASE NOTE: Each guest must fill out a Guest Information Form. On your form, please notate who you are rooming with. Names should appear as they do on your ID/Passport. A passport is required for this trip. Passports should be in excellent condition and valid at least 6 months after travel, but always reference passport requirements before traveling.

Step 2- Book your trip- Once you fill out the Guest Information form, we will contact you within 3-5 business days. You will receive a quote and pay a deposit. You can expect to receive your reservation link and future payment information within 3-5 business days after booking.

Step 3- Optionally add Travel Insurance. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Get a Travel Insured quote when you book your vacation or use your own travel insurance. Read more about travel insurance below.

Your trip is a significant investment, and we recommend the purchase of travel insurance immediately after booking. If you choose to decline this protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that your travel agent is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, and/ or rental car physical damage. When you fill out your forms you will need to acknowledge that you have been informed of the cancellation policies for our travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection. If you choose to accept travel insurance, you understand that the premium is non-refundable, even if you should need to file a claim. 

Travel Protection provides insurance coverage that only applies during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages. You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your existing life, health, home, and automobile insurance policies. If you have any questions about your current coverage, call your insurer or insurance agent or broker.
