How to make payments

- Log into Travel Impressions account and make a payment (account must be created on step 2 when booking) (processed immediately)

- Email your dedicated travel advisor, Chericka, to request a payment link to make a payment on your own (processed immediately)

- Request your dedicated travel advisor, Chericka, to make a payment on your behalf by filling out the Credit Card Authorization form (5-7 days to process)

Terms and Conditions

  • 3 night minimum stay

  • Kindly be advised that the promo code will be valid only if the group meets the minimum requirement of 10 rooms.

  • A deposit of $100 for each resort only reservation is due at the time of booking plus any add ons. Final balance due 45 days before departure.

  • No-shows and early departure are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.

  • Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.

  • All changes and cancellations must be made on the change form HERE. Any other form of communication will not be binding.

  • Rates and availability are subject to change until secured with a deposit.

  • Changes will be subject to availability and rates at the time of request.

  • No changes to reservations after May 16, 2025.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation Before: July 3 2025. Cancellation Penalty: 1 Nights. We highly recommend trip insurance to protect your vacation investment.
