  • R/T Private Group Transfer to/from Montego Bay = $200 for a minimum of 8 passengers

    • Additional passengers $25 per person.

    • Nonstop shared service aboard a sedan or deluxe van.

    • Only passengers within the group arriving and departing on the same flight may share this transfer.

    • Assistance and baggage handling at airport for arrival and departure.

    • Baggage allowed: 1 regular size plus one carry on per person.

    • Rates are valid for a minimum of 8 passengers within the group.

  • R/T Multi-Stop Shared Standard Airport Transfer = $19.00 per person

    • No Amenities included.

    • Baggage allowed free of charge: 1 regular size plus one carry on per person

    • An average of five pickups or drop offs to or from selected hotels. Groups usually have one

    destination, one stop.

• Room Room rates are quoted in US dollars, per person, per night, All inclusive (based on double occupancy). Rates are for Accommodation only, unless otherwise stated.

• Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

• All reservations must be made directly with Love & Leisure Boutique Travel Agency.

• Room assignment will be subject to hotel availability. Specific bedding types are not guaranteed, unless otherwise specified in the room block. If additional suites or other specific room types are needed, a written request and written confirmation will be required to amend this contract.

• Group rates are valid with the minimum requirements of ten (10) rooms for a minimum of three (3) nights, or the minimum requirement of the applicable

  promotion at time of signing. If Group should drop below the minimum, the best available rate at the time of cancellation will apply to existing reservations.

• Any request for early arrival and extended departures will be subject to availability.

• Any additional rooms requested over the above stated allotment will be subject to availability and rate at time of request.

• Individual reservations will not be credited towards contracted room block or towards the calculation of concessions.

• Group contracted rates only apply to room nights confirmed pre-travel. All in-travel modifications are subject to Best Available Rate and paid directly to the hotel.

• Any deviations to the room block including exchanging rooms categories will be subject to availability and possible rate changes at the time of the request.

• Breathless / Secrets Resorts admit Adults only (minimum age 18 years). NO EXCEPTIONS

Travel Insurance

Protect your vacation investment by purchasing insurance. Please note, trip Insurance is nonrefundable.

Terms and Conditions

• To be considered apart of Kennan’s birthday celebration, guests must ONLY book with the preferred travel advisor. Please note, day passes are limited and not guaranteed if you book outside of the wedding resorts.

• 3 night minimum stay

• A deposit of $200 for each reservation is due at the time of booking; Second deposit: 10% due by March 28, 2025; Third deposit: 30% due by April 25, 2025; Final balance due by May 30, 2025.

• Breathless Resorts admit Adults only (minimum age 18 years). NO EXCEPTIONS

• No-shows and early departure are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.

• Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.

• All changes and cancellations must be made on the change form here. Any other form of communication will not be binding.

• No changes to reservations after June 11, 2025.

Cancellation policy

• April 13, 2025 to May 12, 2025 - cancellations are subject to a 10% penalty

• May 13, 2025 - June 11, 2025 - cancellations are subject to a 30% penalty

• June 12, 2025 to date of travel - cancellations are subject to a 100% penalty

• Notice: If cancellation occurs at any time, 100% of the deposit is non-refundable. We highly recommend trip insurance to protect your vacation investment.
