To be considered part of Kelly and James Wedding Group, you must book through the group block via our travel agent. To attend the wedding and to participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Secrets Maroma as part of the wedding group. Ready to book? The steps are below. Our travel agent uses a specialized system and app to keep all your information organized and easy to enter. You can make payments, send messages and submit all forms in a streamlined manner.

STEPS

1. Click the Book My Trip! button below

2. Sign all forms and purchase or decline travel insurance (more travel insurance information below)

3. Complete the deposit in the amount of $100 which is required to reserve your room and book your stay. You do not need to know all the parties in the room, the travel dates, or the room category; book your room based on what you think you will need and any changes can be made until the balance due date.

Note: There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement at the resort. Shared transfers are included. The deadline for the balance to be paid is September 20, 2020.

Cancellation and Policies:

Final payment due 75 days prior to group arrival.

When you fill out your forms you will need to acknowledge that you have been informed of the cancellation policies for our travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection.
