Please note - please submit booking requests by 4/1/24

Step 1 - Fill out the Guest Information Form. This form has to be filled out to confirm your booking. Please read all terms and conditions at the end of the Guest Information Form including travel insurance, payment and cancellation policy when booking trip.

Step 2 - Book your trip - Once your guest information form is received, Briana will move forward with booking your stay. Please note a minimum of 3 nights is required. If your preferred room option is unavailable, Briana will work with you to find the next best available option. Please keep in mind that rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

NO deposit required at time of booking. Please note - a valid credit card is required to hold your booking. When you make a reservation, you will see a hold for $1.00 placed on your credit card by the property name. This is a standard part of the security validation process, with no charge to you, and you might receive a notification from your bank. Property only accepts Visa, Amex and Mastercard credit cards. Debit cards are not accepted for online bookings.

Final balance will be drafted by Finest Punta Cana up to 30 days prior to arrival. Date will be provided upon booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations of direct bookings received 24 hours or more prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a No Show or Early Departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates. When booking through third-party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply.

Your trip is a significant investment, and we recommend the purchase of travel insurance immediately after booking. If you choose to decline this protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that your travel agent is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, and/ or rental car physical damage. When you fill out your forms you will need to acknowledge that you have been informed of the cancellation policies for our travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection. If you choose to accept travel insurance, you understand that the premium is non-refundable, even if you should need to file a claim. 

Travel Protection provides insurance coverage that only applies during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages. You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your existing life, health, home, and automobile insurance policies. If you have any questions about your current coverage, call your insurer, insurance agent or broker.

b. We are travel agents and not licensed insurance agents, so we are not qualified or authorized to:

i. Answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions or conditions of any of the insurance offered by the travel retailer

ii. Evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation; vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Punta Cana International Airport to the booked hotel. Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of minimum three nights, made directly through The Excellence Collection official websites or its reservations center. If you would like to book your roundtrip airport transfers with Seasons Transfers for the Paden Wedding, please provide your flight information by completing the Airport Transfer form below by 8/11/24.
