  With this option, you’ll have more autonomy in managing your reservation online, but Briana and the Love + Leisure team will still guide you every step of the way and answer any questions to make sure your travel is smooth and stress-free.

We ask that all guests book through Melania & Davian’s secured group block at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. Please notify couple if you will be booking outside of the room block.

• Locked-in rates – You’ll receive the special contracted group pricing secured for the wedding.

• Guaranteed availability – Rooms in the group block are set aside specifically for guests until the booking deadline.

• Seamless coordination – Booking within the block allows the resort and wedding team to properly track your reservation, ensuring you are included in all group events and amenities.

• Guests should fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). The resort is approximately 15–20 minutes away by transfer, which can be arranged through Love + Leisure.

This is the most common question we get from people traveling to Mexico. From breast milk, to live animals, to medicine, to cigarettes, or even gift bags for your wedding, etc. You need to be aware that if you are coming from ANY country outside of Mexico there will be some limitations on what you can bring into Mexico. The same goes for what you can take OUT of Mexico upon your departure. Because this is a CUSTOMS question it is best that you check with your nearest MEXICAN CONSULATE prior to your trip.

  • A valid passport is required with at least 6 months validity beyond your travel dates.

  • A tourist card (Forma Migratoria Múltiple) is provided upon arrival in Mexico and must be retained until departure.

  • Travelers to Quintana Roo (Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, etc.) are also required to pay a Visitax, approximately $18 USD per person, which can be paid online prior to travel or upon arrival. Proof of payment may be requested at the airport. (VIEW HERE)
