BOOKING

Ready to book? The three steps are below. Our travel agent uses a streamlined process to keep all your information organized and easy to enter. If you have questions, please email briana@loveleisuretravel.com

Please note: A three night minimum stay is required

Step 1 - Fill out the Guest Information Form. This form has to be filled out to confirm your booking. Please read all terms and conditions at the end of the Guest Information Form including travel insurance, payment and cancellation policy when booking trip. PLEASE NOTE: Each guest must fill out a Guest Information Form. On your form, please note who you are rooming with.

Step 2 - Book your trip - Once you fill out the Guest Information form, Briana will contact you within 48 hours. You will select your room, pay a deposit, and optionally add airfare (available after 10/1) and travel insurance.

You can make future payments towards your room/reservation via the payment link we will send after you book your trip. You can expect to receive your link within 48 hours after booking.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • Deposit Requirements

    • Land only - A deposit of $20 per person is required to book; and full payment of the Travel Protection Plus Premium (if selected)

    • Scheduled Air - Payment schedule will be determined upon booking; or 100% upfront

  • Balance Due July 1, 2023

Step 3 - Select Travel Protection insurance when you book your vacation or use your own travel insurance. Read more about travel insurance below.

Your trip is a significant investment, and we recommend the purchase of travel insurance immediately after booking. If you choose to decline this protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that your travel agent is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, and/ or rental car physical damage. When you fill out your forms you will need to acknowledge that you have been informed of the cancellation policies for our travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection. If you choose to accept travel insurance, you understand that the premium is non-refundable, even if you should need to file a claim. 

Travel Protection provides insurance coverage that only applies during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages. You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your existing life, health, home, and automobile insurance policies. If you have any questions about your current coverage, call your insurer or insurance agent or broker.

Please note:

a. That purchasing travel insurance is not required in order to purchase any other producer or services offered by the travel retailer

b. We are travel agents and not licensed insurance agents, so we are not qualified or authorized to:

i. Answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions or conditions of any of the insurance offered by the travel retailer

ii. Evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage
