Day 1 - Cape Town
After a long day of traveling, you will be greeted by your private transfer who will escort you to The Table Bay Hotel for check - in. Overlooking Table Mountain and the working Victoria & Albert (V&A) Harbour, The Table Bay offers 5-star luxury accommodation on Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard. Day 2 - Cape Town
After breakfast, you will spend the day touring Cape Town as a part of small group tour. This tour is the perfect way to explore the beauty of the Cape Peninsula as well as local wildlife. Travel around in a small-group tour—an intimate alternative to crowded bus tours. Along the way, see the colorful buildings of Bo-Kaap, and admire the natural beauty of the Cape of Good Hope. The tour also visits the pretty towns of Hout Bay and Kalk Bay, as well as the African Penguin colony at Boulders Beach.

Day 3 - Cape Town
After a great nights rest, you will be ready to take on the day and explore more of Cape Town. Today you will be taking the ferry over to Robben Island (weather permitting) for a private tour.
Robben Island is a World Heritage Site. You will disembark at Murray’s Bay Harbour situated on the east coast of the Island and take a short walk to buses that will transport you and a group of people to all the historical sites around the Island. On the way to the buses, you will pass buildings and a high wall built by prisoners during the 1960s. The buildings were used for family and lawyer visits to prisoners. The prison tour will be conducted by a Robben Island Tour Guide. They are fully conversant and knowledgeable about the Island’s multi-layered 500-year-old history. The tour route includes the graveyard of people who died from leprosy, the Lime Quarry, Robert Sobukwe’s house, the Bluestone quarry, the army and navy bunkers and the Maximum Security Prison where thousands of South Africa’s freedom fighters were incarcerated for years. The tour culminates with a viewing of Nelson Mandela’s cell.

Day 4 - Cape Town
After breakfast, you will depart on a full day tour of the wine region. Paarl, Franschoek, and Stellenbosch produce some of the finest wines in the Cape Winelands, surrounded by lush mountains and rolling vineyards. On this tour, enjoy a comprehensive introduction to South African wine as you visit four different wineries; sample a wide variety of red and white wines, including port brandy and sparkling wine; stop at a local restaurant for lunch; and taste regional specialties including cheese and chocolates.

Day 5 - Cape Town/Hoedspruit
Final morning in Cape Town before heading to the airport for travel to Hoedspruit. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to the Kapama Private Game Reserve and the Kapama River Lodge by their private transportation.
Once checked into your Standard room at the beautiful 5 star, Kapama River Lodge, you can spend the rest of your day exploring the game reserve.
Day 6 & 7 - Kapama Private Game Reserve
You will spend your days experiencing the exciting game drives. Expect to encounter a diverse range of animal and bird species on game drives. Hopefully you will get a glimpse of the Big 5!
Evening meals are often enjoyed seated around a roaring fire in the Rhino Boma. Alternatively enjoy a romantic dinner in the dry riverbed in front of the lodge, under a star-studded African night sky.
Day 8 - Kapama/ Hoedspruit/ Johannesburg
After an early morning game drive to track the animals that may have eluded, return to the lodge for breakfast. Later you will be transferred to Hoedspruit Airport for your scheduled flight to Johannesburg.

On arrival you will be met and transferred to The DaVinci Hotel and Suites on Nelson Mandela Square. There is an on-site spa offering a range of treatments, a well-equipped gym, a whiskey and cigar lounge and a gourmet restaurant.
