Grand Palladium Jamaica

The Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa is an all-inclusive retreat located on Jamaica’s northwest coast, nestled between Montego Bay and Negril. This expansive resort offers a blend of relaxation and adventure, making it an ideal destination for families, couples, and groups seeking a Caribbean getaway.

The resort offers a wide array of activities, including water sports like kayaking and paddleboarding, tennis, and a variety of fitness classes. Evenings come alive with live music, themed parties, and shows at the resort’s theater.

ACCOMMODATIONS

ROOM CATEGORIES AND RATES

Group rates expire on 3/1/26. Any new reservations, or modifications to existing bookings will be confirmed without the prior promotional rate.

Room rates are quoted in US dollars, per person, per night, All inclusive (based on double occupancy). Rates are for Accommodation only, unless otherwise stated.

• Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

• All reservations must be made directly with Love & Leisure Boutique Travel Agency.

• Room assignment will be subject to hotel availability. Specific bedding types are not guaranteed, unless otherwise specified in the room block. If additional suites or other specific room types are needed, a written request and written confirmation will be required to amend this contract.

• Group rates are valid with the minimum requirements of ten (10) rooms for a minimum of three (3) nights, or the minimum requirement of the applicable promotion at time of signing. If Group should drop below the minimum, the best available rate at the time of cancellation will apply to existing reservations.

• Any request for early arrival and extended departures will be subject to availability.

• Any additional rooms requested over the below stated allotment will be subject to availability and rate at time of request.

• Individual reservations will not be credited towards contracted room block or towards the calculation of concessions.

• Group contracted rates only apply to room nights confirmed pre-travel. All in-travel modifications are subject to Best Available Rate and paid directly to the hotel.

• Any deviations to the room block including exchanging rooms categories will be subject to availability and possible rate changes at the time of the request.

Step 1 - Fill out the Guest Information Form. This form has to be filled out to confirm your booking. Please read all terms and conditions at the end of the Guest Information Form including travel insurance, payment and cancellation policy when booking trip.

Only complete when you are ready to book your reservation (One form per reservation)

SINGLE OCCUPANCY GUESTS & GUESTS THAT NEED ASSISTANCE - please provide your reservation request details on the form in the designated section.

Step 2 - Book your trip - Once your guest information form is received, Briana will move forward with booking your stay. If your preferred room option is unavailable, Briana will work with you to find the next best available option. Please keep in mind that rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

Reserve your room by March 1, 2026 with a $1OO deposit per room.

PAYMENTS

• Log into Classic Vacations and make a payment (account will be created on step 2 when booking) (processed immediately)

• Email your dedicated travel advisor, Briana, to request a payment link to make a payment on your own (processed immediately)

• Request your dedicated travel advisor, Briana, to make a payment on your behalf by filling out the Credit Card Authorization form (5-7 days to process)

CANCELLATION POLICY

• June 4, 2025 - February 10, 2026 - no penalty with the exception of the non-refundable $100 deposit
  

• February 10 - March 10, 2026 - cancellations are possibly subject to a 10 - 25% penalty or 1 night penalty, plus non-refundable $100 deposit
  

• March 10 - March 31, 2026 - cancellations are possibly subject to a 30% penalty or 2-night penalty, plus non-refundable $100 deposit
  

• April 1, 2026 to date of travel - cancellations are subject to a 100% penalty​​

  Notice: If cancellation occurs at any time, 100% of the deposit is non-refundable. We highly recommend trip insurance to protect your vacation investment.

Your trip is a significant investment, and we recommend the purchase of travel insurance immediately after booking. If you choose to decline this protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that your travel agent is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, and/ or rental car physical damage. When you fill out your forms you will need to acknowledge that you have been informed of the cancellation policies for our travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection. If you choose to accept travel insurance, you understand that the premium is non-refundable, even if you should need to file a claim. 

Travel Protection provides insurance coverage that only applies during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages. You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your existing life, health, home, and automobile insurance policies. If you have any questions about your current coverage, call your insurer, insurance agent or broker.

a. That purchasing travel insurance is not required in order to purchase any other producer or services offered by the travel retailer

b. We are travel agents and not licensed insurance agents, so we are not qualified or authorized to:

i. Answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions or conditions of any of the insurance offered by the travel retailer

ii. Evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage

    • An average of five pickups or drop offs to or from selected hotels. Groups usually have one destination, one stop.

  • R/T Private Standard Airport Transfer (1-2 passengers) = $119 pp/ $238 total

    • Baggage allowed free of charge: 1 regular size plus one carry on per person.

  • R/T Private Group Transfer (3-7 passengers) = $138 per trip ($276 total) - $39-$92 pp

    • Baggage allowed free of charge: 1 regular size plus one carry on per person.

    • Passengers must be on same arrival/departure flight

Terms and Conditions

• 3 night minimum stay

• A deposit of $100 for each reservation is due at the time of booking; Final balance due by 3/1/26.

• No-shows and early departure are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.

• Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.

• All changes and cancellations must be made by contacting Briana @ briana@loveleisuretravel.com. Any other form of communication will not be binding.

• No changes to reservations after 4/1/26.
