How to make payments

- Request your dedicated travel advisor, Chericka, to make a payment on your behalf by filling out the Credit Card Authorization form (5-7 days to process)

  • Room rates are in US dollars, per person, per night, All inclusive (based on double occupancy). Rates are for Accommodation only.

  • 3 night minimum stay

  • Room assignment will be subject to hotel availability. Specific bedding types are not guaranteed, unless otherwise specified

  • Maximum capacity in a guest room is two (2) adults and two (2) children under 12 years of age or three (3) adults and one (1) child under 12 years of age based on existing bedding (extra beds and cribs are subject to availability).

  • Children 2 years old and under are free when sharing a room with one or two accompanying adults; when sharing with only one (1) accompanying adult.

  • Children 3 years old up to 12 years old are subject to the charge indicated on the RATES table, per child, per night

  • Children over 12 years old are charged at the adult rate as second person in double occupancy or third person in triple occupancy, as indicated on the RATES table, per child per night.

  • To be considered apart of the Fields/Goodwin wedding, guests must ONLY book with the preferred travel advisor. Please note, day passes are limited and not guaranteed if you book outside of the Fields/Goodwin wedding resorts.

  • 3 night minimum stay

  • A deposit of $200 for each reservation is due at the time of booking; Second deposit: 20% due by January 10, 2025; Third deposit: 40% due by February 10, 2025; Final balance due by March 28, 2025

  • Hyatt Zilara admits Adults only (minimum age 18 years). NO EXCEPTIONS

  • No-shows and early departure are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.

  • Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.

  • All changes and cancellations must be made on the change form here. Any other form of communication will not be binding.

  • No changes to reservations after April 4, 2025.

Cancellation policy

  • January 26 - February 24, 2025 - cancellations are subject to a 10% penalty

  • July 17-August 15, 2024 - cancellations are subject to a 60% penalty

  • August 16, 2024 to date of travel - cancellations are subject to a 100% penalty

  • Notice: If cancellation occurs, 100% of the deposit is non-refundable. We highly recommend trip insurance to protect your vacation investment.
