Are you feeling like you havecabin fever? During these uncertain times, while we are quarantined, it’s super imperative we stay healthy and positive. A few ways to stay positive are to speak words of affirmation and plan for the future! If you are feeling cabin fever and low in spirits, now is a great time to refocus perspective, speak affirming words, and daydream a little about your next vacation.

Words of Affirmation

How often do you encourage yourself and speak positivity? It’s so hard to stop and slow down. However, the world has come to a halt and we have now gained some time to refocus and shift our perspective. My hope is that we come out on the other side of this quarantine, better than before. When you feel anxious or your spirits are feeling low, below are a few words of affirmation:

  • I let go of fear and I let hope in!

  • All things are working for my good!

  • I have a future and a hope!

  • Everything I need will be provided!

  •  Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be desirable!

  • I do not have a spirit of fear, but of love, peace and a sound mind!

  • I will not fear. I am strong and courageous!

  • I am wonderfully made!

  • Today, I choose joy!
